We are pleased to announce a new recruit to the EOSE staff team, with Stephen (Ste) Robson recently joining the organisation on a part-time basis as Education and Skills Manager. Ste brings a wealth of knowledge and experience across education and sport and will support the work of EOSE in research, education, learning and project management.

Ste’s first week of work with EOSE saw him travel to Copenhagen for a partner meeting of the SKILLS4CHANGE project which is concerned with developing the Sport for Development workforce, this is a particular area of interest and expertise for Ste and he will be leading on that project going forward as part of his role.

On joining EOSE, Ste said “I’ve been part of the EOSE family for over ten years, having been an active member and project partner in my previous role. I was therefore delighted when the opportunity arose to join the team. As EOSE’s new Education and Skills Manager I’ll be able to draw upon more than 35 years’ experience of working in sport and education. I’m very excited to be working on the SKILLS4CHANGE project, helping the Sport for Development community to develop new training products to take the sector forward. I am passionate about the wider power of sport, and working at EOSE means I can continue to contribute to this as part of a great team”.

The EOSE Board and staff team extend a warm welcome to Ste.

We are delighted to welcome Ste Robson to EOSE as our new Education and Skills Manager.

Ste’s previous roles in higher education and the sport sector make him an ideal fit for our organisation, with a strong background in sport, education and skills.

Having already worked with EOSE on several European projects, he knows our organisation well and we are very pleased to welcome him in this new role
