EASE stands for European Association of Sport Employers founded in January 2003 by 4 national organisations from 4 countries. EASE is a European not-for-profit organisation registered in France. It is an independent membership association of national sport and active leisure employer organisations wishing to promote social dialogue.

The aims of EASE are in all sport and active leisure fields:

to identify and protect the material and moral interests of its members and represent them at European level,
to promote and develop the representativeness of EASE within each European country and/or each sub-sector,
to participate in the European Sectoral Social Dialogue Committee for sports and active leisure,
to negotiate at European level
