YOU HAVE THE POSSIBILITY TO APPLY ELECTRONICALLY, BY POST OR FAX

I- TO APPLY BY POST OR FAX YOU SHOULD:

1- Download the official version of the EOSE's Membership Application Form by clicking the active link at the top of this page. Make sure you have carfully read the "Guide" which summaries the different steps of the process but also criterias and conditions to respect to be able to become an EOSE member.

2- Fill in and print out the Application Form in Block Capitals in giving as much information as possible in each of the 4 parts. Make sure to complete the whole document and in particularly the checklist (part IV) to highlight that your organisation respects all the criterias required to become an EOSE member.

3- Return the Application Form fully completed (+ all documents enumerated in the EOSE "Guide") by post to the EOSE Secretariat at the following address:

4- The Secretariat will send you a confirmation as soon as we receive your documents. Please note that we will not process any application which do not contain all the documents aked. If it is the case, you will receive (1 week) the list of documents or information you will have to provide to complete your candidature.

5- Then, your full candidature will be sent to the Board Members for final discussion and decision.

6- You will be informed by the Secretariat on the final decision by mail and with an official letter which will follow. 

II- TO APPLY ELCTRONICALLY YOU SHOULD:

3- E-Mail the Application Form fully completed (+ all scanned documents enumerated in the EOSE "Guide") to the EOSE Secretariat.
