EOSE Members from Ireland, Kilian Fisher (ILAM) and Catherine Carty (ITT Tralee), would like to highlight a 2 years Leonardo Da Vinci project entitled EIPET (European Inclusive Physical Education Training) that aimed producing a model, module and resource pack for the teaching of inclusive physical education in teacher training Institutions.
The aim is to facilitate as many teacher training institutions and in-service providers with the tools required delivering a module on Inclusive PE as part of their undergraduate programmes or continuing education programme.
The project concludes in October 2009 at which point the resources and outcomes will be available through the
project website.
The Final Conference of that project is going to be organised in Dublin (Ireland) on Friday 23rd of October 2009. Further information concerning that final event can be found through the project website.
